Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup nut butter

1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.

2. Mix oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

3. Whisk nut butter, honey, and vanilla in another bowl.

4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stir until dough forms.

5. Fold in chocolate chips.

6. Scoop dough, flatten slightly, and place on tray.

7. Bake 10–12 minutes, cool on rack.

8. Serve warm or store for later.

Notes

Swap nut butter with sunflower seed butter for nut-free version.

Store in airtight container 3–5 days.

Freeze dough for up to 3 months.
